Adjustable straps on the bodice around neck and back, both are tie ups. Puffy sleeves are an addition and this outfit can be worn with or without them, the bodice is padded. There is a long tie that goes around the belly, it can be tied in what ever fashion you like to achieve different looks

Elastic waistband on the skirt
The waistband is on elastic so is adjustable and the bodice is a tie up so these will fit a few sizes. Best suited to a size S-L (Aus 8-14). Model is a size 14 with a DD bust and a 175cm tall.
