Labyrinth Crystals Wholesale – Purchasing Terms & Conditions (Australia)
By placing an order with Labyrinth Crystals Wholesale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
• We supply wholesale only to approved businesses and resellers within Australia.
• A valid ABN (Australian Business Number) is required for verification.
2. Minimum Order
• The minimum spend per order is $150 AUD (excluding shipping and additional fees).
3. Payment Terms
• Strictly 7-day accounts from the date of invoice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of account and future orders.
• Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.
4. Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee
• Once your basket is confirmed and invoiced, a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancellations.
• The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credited invoice.
5. Website Listing Fees
• All online orders placed through our website are subject to a 6% processing and listing fee.
• This fee helps cover maintenance, secure transactions, and platform services.
6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion after the return has been inspected.
7. Product Availability
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar quality and value if necessary.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
