The Winged Mouse – Mummified Mouse Oddity Jar

The Winged Mouse – Mummified Mouse Oddity Jar

A beautifully macabre little curiosity for collectors of the wonderfully strange.

This one-of-a-kind handmade oddity features a real naturally mummified mouse adorned with real butterfly wings, resting amongst dried roses, hydrangeas and preserved botanicals beneath glass.

Displayed upon an ornate black base with skull and scrollwork detailing, and finished with rustic twine and a tiny key charm, the piece has the feeling of a peculiar little creature preserved from a forgotten cabinet of curiosities.

Equal parts beautiful, eerie and whimsical, this is a true statement piece for lovers of taxidermy-style art, natural oddities and unusual specimens.

Created using a real mummified mouse, real butterfly wings and natural botanicals — completely unique and impossible to recreate exactly.
